ZODIAC SA, Le Locle, Neuchatel, Geneve
Clebar watches were manufactured in Le Locle by Zodiac.
The brand was first used in September of 1925, but was not registered until 1948.
The main product line of the brand originated with stop watches and rally timers.
The brand eventually introduced wrist watches and specialized in chronographs, although it did produce a few models that were not chrono.
The company exhibited selfwinding watches IN Basle in 1949 and 1950.
Zodiac was listed by Quick Fit in 1952 as an American import using movements by ETA, A. SCHILD, LIENGME, and FONT.
Zodiac/Clebar watches were distributed by Edward Trauner Corp.
